Your reservations with us constitute full acceptance of the terms and conditions of each supplier. Four Seasons Travel maintains no control over the operation, equipment or personnel of such suppliers and therefore assumes no liability or responsibility for any personal injury, property damage or other loss, accident, delay or inconvenience caused by any wrongful or negligent act or omission on the part of any service provider.

AIRLINE TICKETING/CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
All airfares are subject to change without notice until paid in full and ticketed. Four Season’s Travel’s service fee is nonrefundable. We strongly suggest you purchase comprehensive travel protection. We are not responsible for any loss caused by insufficient or lack of insurance coverage. Ask us about available policies.

PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP
It is the passenger’s responsibility to have a valid passport and the necessary visas for any countries being visited. Four Seasons Travel accepts no responsibility if you do not have the proper documentation for your trip. See the U.S. State Department’s website at www.travel.state.gov.
